weeks after announcing that they were closing the Virgin Megastore in Times Square, Virgin Ltd. has announced that they'll close every amercian store.
this'll leave New York without any major music store. first Commerce Bank, then Circuit City, now Virgin Megastore.
What will become of Union Square???

spring's near?

well March 2009 came in with a bang in the Eastern United States.
with the largest snowstorm of the season and temps dropping from 60 on friday, to 22 degrees right now in NYC.

with nearly every school closed in the region today, of course out of the 4 that are open mine is one of them.
But along with the nearly 20,000 other people in my school, i decided not to go in.

i'd rather share the snow with the inter-webz.
beats sitting on a packed, wet, cold, and smelly subway train for 90min.
hey, on the bright side i saved $4 in train fare.
and got myself some coffee and a bagel from Dunkin Donuts
